Act 1, Scene 1

Two men look down on another man sitting on a city curb.

Act 1, Scene 2

A girl wearing a hat in the dark gestures with her hands in front of her mouth. A woman standing in front of a convenience store threatens three kids, a man wearing a tie, and a guitarist. The man with wearing the tie holds a broom while talking to the woman in front of the convenience store. The other man is leaning forward and looking at them.

Act 1, Scene 3

A man and a woman meet the man previously sitting on the curb in front of the convenience store. A few more people appear on the street and have a conversation A man holds his arms out toward a woman who is partially wearing a red coat. A guitarist and a girl drinking a beer sit and watch. A man with a pony-tail plays an acoustic guitar for a girl, while a man sits next to a dumpster in the background.
